## Description

We're seeking a skilled Production Chef to join our team at Dishpatch, working with renowned chefs to produce restaurant-quality meals for delivery nationwide. As a Production Chef, you will manage your own workflow, prioritize tasks, and create large batches of recipes for our menus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Produce exceptional quality food for our finish-at-home meal kits

- Ensure smooth and efficient running of your section

- Follow recipe specifications and drive consistency

- Maintain a clean and neat working space

- Adhere to strict health and hygiene standards

- Collaborate with the production team

**Requirements:**

- Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant, event catering, or production kitchen

- Wide knowledge of cooking and production techniques

- Attention to detail and high-quality standards

- Keen interest in cooking and learning about various cuisines

- Proficient in HACCP principles

**Benefits:**

- Competitive salary: £37,052 prorated for 35 hours/week, with a full-time equivalent of £39,700

- Night premium: £4.75 per hour for work between 22:00-06:00

- Fixed-term contract for 6 months

- Part-time working hours: 35 hours per week, evenings and weekends
