## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores.

It's a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Responsibilities include:

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to keep things moving

**Work Pattern** week1 Sunday  - 04:00-12:00 Tuesday  - 04:00-12:00 Wednesday 14:00-22:00 Thursday - 14:00-22:00 Friday  - 14:00-22:00

week2 Monday - 14:00 - 22:00 Tuesday  - 14:00-22:00 Friday  - 04:00-12:00 Saturday - 14:00-22:00
