## Description

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team in Spain. The successful candidate will provide operational HR partnership and strategic project delivery, focusing on supporting a defined employee population in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

- Acting as primary HR partner for assigned business areas

- Advising managers and employees on employee relations and performance management

- Ensuring compliance with Spanish employment legislation and internal policies

- Managing employee information and HR processes through Workday

- Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams

- Leading employee engagement initiatives and related action plans

- Designing manager education and capability-building programmes

- Supporting internal communication initiatives

- Coordinating local inclusion and compliance initiatives

- Promoting awareness of AI and responsible adoption

- Identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable broad HR role

- Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR best practices

- Experience supporting employee populations in regulated sectors

- Hands-on experience using Workday and reporting tools

- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience leading people-related projects and supporting organisational change
