## Description

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our team in Thailand as a Distribution Partner of Red Bull. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L, building and delivering the business strategy, managing distribution partners, building a high-performing team, and maintaining product and brand knowledge.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own the P&L and be directly responsible for financial and trade result delivery

- Build and deliver the business strategy, aligning with the SEA GM and APAC Team

- Manage distribution partners, ensuring alignment and delivery of agreed plans

- Build a high-performing team, fostering entrepreneurialism and encouraging innovation

- Maintain professional knowledge of company products and Red Bull values

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a top management role, preferably in FMCG companies

- Track record of building motivated and high-performing teams

- Experience in building premium brands via youth-focused consumer marketing and communications programs

- Ability to work with and drive performance through Distribution Partners

- Genuine trade relationships and ability to negotiate at a top level with Key Trade Channel Partners

- P&L responsibility, preferably in Food & Beverage, with strong commercial acumen
