## Description

We are seeking reliable and experienced Trade Operatives to join our team in London. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and kitchen and bathroom fitting.

The role involves delivering a first-class service to our properties in North, East, and West London and surrounding areas. You will work efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines.

In return, you will receive a salary of £34,359 - £42,759 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme, and regular overtime.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid UK driving license, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. Additionally, this post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
