We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at KaDeWe Berlin. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations, converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service while embodying our brand style.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field

- Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand

- Ideally, make-up artist experience

- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking

- Deutschniveau B2
