## Description

As a Safety/Environmental Consultant at 3M, you will provide safety and environmental consulting services to support the company's manufacturing operations in Japan.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting EHS activities across four 3M manufacturing sites in Japan

- Assisting with environmental and occupational health and safety organization operations

- Liaising with government agencies and submitting required documentation

- Conducting audits of manufacturing facilities

- Supporting compliance with ISO 14001 and other regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working as an engineer in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the chemical industry

- Native-level Japanese language skills

- Strong English language skills (TOEIC 700+)

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering

- Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes

- Experience with EHS regulations and related work

- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 50001
