## Description

Priory Hospital Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with at least 18 months to two years of post-registration experience.

As Deputy Ward Manager on our Private Acute Ward, you will become part of a compassionate and dedicated team committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of adults.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the assessment and delivery of individualised care plans while promoting dignity, safety, and emotional wellbeing.

- Playing an integral role in each adult's recovery journey.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: Essential:

- Current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) along with Mental Health.

- At least 18 months to two years of post-registration experience.

- Strong commitment to continued professional development, including ongoing growth in leadership capabilities.

- Solid computer skills.

Desirable:

- Experience in clinical supervision.
