## Description

As a Lead Client Engineer - Gameplay at Electronic Arts, you will be part of the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai team, which develops and operates a high-quality mobile football game experience.

You will report to the Technical Director and lead the Gameplay Development team to develop plans for team growth. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing core game animation and AI functional modules and game modes

- Improving AI and animation performance and responsiveness to enhance player experience

- Developing and refining gameplay plugins and tools to improve pipeline efficiency

- Analyzing and identifying performance bottlenecks in AI and animation, providing optimization solutions

- Collaborating with GD and art teams to explore and enhance animation quality and gameplay experience

To qualify, you need:

- Proficiency in C++

- Over 8 years of experience in game engine development

- Experience in animation development and mastery of 3D skeletal animation technology

- Experience in game performance optimization and game experience enhancement

- Experience in frame synchronization and state synchronization in game implementation

- Experience in team project management

- Good English reading and writing skills
