Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheshire Oaks, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing remarkable service to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Digitally confident with experience using digital tools

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

- Commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience

Working hours:

- Friday 20:00-06:00

- Saturday 20:00-06:00

Note: This role involves working through the night, so applicants must be over 18 years old. A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
