## Description

Snowflake is seeking a Corporate Counsel or Senior Corporate Counsel to join its Corporate Legal team. This role involves supporting '34 Act reporting, corporate governance, securities law compliance, and equity compensation matters.

The successful candidate will assist with:

- Preparation and review of periodic reports, current reports, and proxy statements

- Maintaining disclosure controls and procedures

- Supporting corporate governance, including governance calendars and board meeting materials

- Ensuring compliance with insider trading laws and equity plan administration

- Maintaining corporate policies and supporting public company securities laws compliance

- Cross-functional initiatives related to investor relations, governance, financing, and compliance

Requirements include:

- 4+ years of public company legal experience

- Experience with public company reporting, including periodic reports and proxy statements

- Ability to understand and explain complex issues

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in California

The compensation range for this role is $202K - $265.6K.
