As a Senior Product Data Scientist at Monzo, you'll help build the bank of the future, focusing on user engagement and product strategy.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Applying expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation of data to inform product strategy

- Guiding and enabling product teams to measure key metrics and running A/B experiments

- Driving a unified understanding of user lifetime value with the finance team

- Liaising with engineers to ensure relevant data collection

Requirements:

- Impact-driven with a commercial mindset

- Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python

- Experience in conducting large-scale A/B experiments

- Team player with a self-starter mindset
