## Description

The Quality Technician III role at American Honda Motor Company involves leading efforts to improve customer satisfaction and owner loyalty through enhanced speed of market action and innovative repair methods. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying challenges and barriers to create prompt, high-quality diagnosis and repairs performed by Dealership Automotive Technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

- Verifying repair methods, including countermeasure component installation and flat rate times

- Installing and verifying suspected faulty components

- Representing AHM at off-site activities, such as press and dealer events

- Conducting component installations and procedure verifications

- Providing mentorship to technicians

The ideal candidate will have:

- A High School Diploma

- Two years of Automotive Trade School or AA in Automotive Technology

- ASE certifications A1 – A8 and L1

- Ten years of automobile experience as a full-line Technician

- Excellent communication and technical skills
