## Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our commercial team at Diageo. As a Commercial Role, you will be responsible for creating value for our clients and Diageo by developing authentic and exciting experiences that elevate consumer occasions and promote product trial.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participate in the commercial planning cycle to propose and deliver activities that drive business growth

- Create value through attractive proposals that bring to life the 'triple win' (Client, Consumer, Category)

- Plan and execute operational plans for assigned Points of Sale, managing relationships with clients and ensuring brilliant execution of brand activation plans

- Administer commercial agreements, track performance, and control budgets and resources

- Integrate Society 2030 agenda into activity execution at Points of Sale

- Analyze performance indicators to determine effectiveness and profitability of events and clients

**Requirements:**

- Strong understanding of commercial principles and marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
