Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

**Work Pattern** SUN 11-4pm WED 4-8pm THU 4-8pm FRI 4-8pm SAT 2-8pm

Week 2: SUN 11-4pm MON 4-8pm WED 4-8pm FRI 4-8pm SAT 2-8pm

**Christmas only: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December**
