## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bracknell Lexicon store.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer, providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and supporting sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products to customers

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be:

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00
