## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Colliers Wood, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

This is a frontline role requiring resilience, commitment, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to work Tuesday to Saturday, 15:00-23:00, with potential additional hours during peak periods.
