As a key player in Disneyland Paris' financial organisation, the Financial Systems department plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, supporting, and improving systems that underpin our financial processes and flows. This department ensures the accuracy of our financial performance reporting and explores new ideas and technologies to increase the value generated by our activities.

You will join our Back of House team, consisting of a senior manager, two managers, project leaders, and functional and technical experts. You will report to the SAP Financial Systems and Peripheral Systems manager responsible for technical experts.

**Your Missions:**

**Support:**

- Provide support for Finance department users.

- Diagnose production incidents on our financial systems and applications, identify the best solution, and implement it.

- Document problems, solutions, and corrective actions.

- Apply best practices for transporting and deploying solutions in compliance with demand management tools and company procedures.

- Monitor and report on incident status and treatment, contributing to team performance indicators.

- Participate in internal reviews and contribute to resolving incidents and requests handled by colleagues.

- Share knowledge with project teams on new features and solutions delivered to ensure support and maintenance.

**Maintenance:**

- Support, plan, and monitor execution of non-regression tests during periodic system releases, coordinating with application managers and stakeholders.

- Manage and apply necessary corrections and improvements to ensure application performance and security.

- Maintain existing solutions and associated data reports, collaborating with functional experts as needed.

- Ensure technical documentation compliance and traceability.

**Your Profile:**

- Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC (S/4 preferred) FI (AP, AR, GL, AA), CO, SD, CM, add-on VIM/ICC, MM (integration), and financial and computer systems.

- Successful experience in support and TMA on systems and applications, with knowledge of IT project management acquired in a Finance or Accounting environment.

- Problem-solving, autonomy, rigour, reactivity, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in written and spoken English (B2 level minimum desired).

- Adaptability: ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
