## Description

As a Design Lead at DEPT®, you'll be a senior maker and people leader, owning design for multiple clients and leading a team of designers. You'll work on art direction, graphic design, motion, and video editing, and collaborate with other disciplines to deliver projects.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute high-quality work across campaigns

- Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire a team of designers

- Take an active role in hiring and team building

- Collaborate with other heads of design and creative planners

- Present work internally and externally

Requirements:

- Experience in a senior design role

- Experience leading and line managing other designers

- Strong motion design and video editing skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

- Outstanding showreel and/or portfolio
