## Description

As a Customer and Trading Manager - Nightshift at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, you will lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store whilst getting stuck in yourself to prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves.

The salary for this role is £31,700, plus a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary for working nightshifts.

Responsibilities:

- Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store

- Running a full store operation on your own overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store

- Making sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we're ready to serve our customers

- People management, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

Requirements:

- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs

- Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
