## Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver for Waitrose, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality produce and providing excellent customer service to customers in Romsey.

You will be driving a well-equipped, modern vehicle and will be expected to handle products and deliveries with care, treating them like your own.

Your day will typically start in-store, where you will familiarise yourself with your delivery route and conduct a full safety check on your van.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing a friendly face for the Waitrose brand while on the road

- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly

- Ensuring that all products are handled and delivered with care

- Building strong relationships with customers

- Maintaining a clean and tidy van

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points

- Excellent people skills and a friendly approach to customer service

- The ability to lift crates and move large cages, approximately no heavier than 18kg

In addition to your contractual pay of £14.31 per hour, you will also receive Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour for any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

The role is temporary, working varied hours of part-time work (15 hours) across seven days, including a Thursday evening and a Saturday morning.

## Skills
