## Description

This is your chance to join Porsche at the Porsche Centre Bielefeld, part of the Glinicke group. As a Parts Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the parts service team and ensuring the smooth operation of parts supply.

Your tasks:

- Organise and manage the entire parts service department

- Ensure optimal parts supply, disposition, and ordering

- Monitor and optimise inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse processes

- Track key performance indicators and ensure economic efficiency and goal achievement

- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and suppliers

- Lead, motivate, and develop your team

- Foster a culture of high customer and service orientation

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training with several years of experience in a relevant field

- Extensive industry knowledge and strong commercial acumen

- Ideally, some leadership experience

- Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility

- Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
