## Description

At Team Rehab, we're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You will provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury, and supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards. A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain), and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are required.
