**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for pods supporting index operations, from planning and build through testing, release and support.

- Ensure consistent Agile/DevOps governance, controls and delivery discipline.

- Set and enforce standards for code quality, testing, release management, performance and operational resilience.

- Lead medium-scale projects end-to-end, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, resources and stakeholder expectations.

- Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across the project lifecycle.

- Design and deliver an exception-based workflow to simplify the index operations.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand needs and constraints.

- Work with central teams to adopt approved engineering patterns, security controls and compliance standards.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or another IT-related discipline.

- Solid experience in application management within the banking or financial services industry.

- Experience with Java, SQL and relational databases.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and drive sustainable fixes.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders and lead teams effectively.

- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.

- Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.

- Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details.

- Strong sense of ownership and a service mindset, ensuring efficient, effective, and user-focused support processes.
