## Description

Fragomen is hiring a Law Clerk to support our Dallas, TX office. We are looking for a 2nd year law student interested in gaining experience with the world's leading global business immigration law firm. This would be a part-time, temporary opportunity requiring a minimum of 12-15 hours per week.

Our employees work as part of a team, under the direction of an attorney, representing employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and draft petitions

- Prepare government forms

- Assemble visa application packets for filing

- Write detailed persuasive letters

- Maintain files

- Review documents

- Identify issues

- Communicate with clients

Requirements:

- Ability to write persuasively by combining arguments and facts

- Ability to analyze issues

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Curious and intelligent with common sense
