## Description

We are seeking a senior IC to build the reporting and analytics capabilities for the newly formed Embedded & Affinity sales strategy team. This role will be heavily involved in defining new KPIs to measure the business, develop automated reporting, uncover insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders. While this will start as an independent contributor, this person may grow into a people leader role as the analytics & reporting needs of the Embedded & Affinity team expands.

Responsibilities:

- Build dashboards and deliver insights that make a meaningful impact in the strategic direction of Farmers' business.

- Define new KPIs to measure the business.

- Develop automated reporting.

- Uncover insights.

- Present findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Fluent English proficiency.

- Advanced sales analytics skills.

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced time management and prioritization skills.

Software / Tool Skills:

- Advanced SQL skills.

- Advanced PowerBI skills.

- Intermediate R/python skills.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
