## Description

As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, you will play a key role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards within our Housekeeping department.

Your responsibilities include:

- Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.

- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the team.

- Managing guest requests and handling feedback with care and efficiency.

- Working closely with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering, to guarantee seamless operations.

- Assisting in quality audits and contributing ideas to further improve our services.

- Participating in cross-departmental operational shifts to broaden your hotel knowledge and gain valuable hands-on experience.

We are looking for someone who is enrolled in a Hospitality Management or related study (MBO/HBO level), has an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

In return, we offer an internship allowance of €750 gross per month based on 38 hours per week, the opportunity to participate in various cross-trainings, and discounts of up to 50% at selected restaurants and bars within participating 4- and 5-star hotels in Amsterdam.
