## Description

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst - Consultant to join our Data & Services team at Mastercard. As a key differentiator for the company, this team provides cutting-edge services that help customers grow. The successful candidate will work as part of the Advisors Research Center, a new capability designed to respond to fast-evolving customer needs for high-quality research support.

The role involves delivering new research products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently, successfully leveraging research assets, and providing key insights based on primary research (qualitative and/or quantitative). The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of research projects, including primary and secondary research, and be able to analyze large sets of data.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering new research products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently

- Successfully leveraging research assets and delivering impactful research output for clients

- Providing key insights based on primary research (qualitative and/or quantitative)

- Analyzing secondary research and/or large data sets

- Synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple sources

- Preparing insightful slides aggregating data from various sources

- Participating as a team member on client calls, internal team meetings, and preparing draft emails

Requirements:

- Substantial and relevant experience across various research projects, with a minimum of five years spent working in a research agency or within a client's research department

- Expertise in conducting primary (e.g., interviews, surveys) and secondary research (e.g., Euromonitor, Bloomberg)

- Proficiency in English and an additional European language

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
