## Description

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional adjuster to handle collision, comprehensive, and property damage liability auto claims as part of our Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division. This is a remote, work-from-home position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of industry experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling claims, customers, and clients on a daily basis

- Working with diaries, issuing payments, letters, and other duties as assigned

- Assuring compliance with Davies and client claim handling guidelines

- Reviewing insurance policies and determining coverage

- Determining liability and defenses

- Providing claim summaries and participating in routine file reviews with clients

- Identifying claim trends and participating in client audit reviews

Required skills and qualifications:

- Texas All-Lines Adjuster License (Georgia, Alabama, Florida licenses a plus)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and other business-related software

- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Critical thinking and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

- Strong organizational skills
