## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Canada. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing expertise in both engineering and non-engineering roles to support the hiring needs of Canada/US managers. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving intake meetings, defining recruitment strategies, and facilitating interview processes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing expertise in both engineering and non-engineering roles to support the hiring needs of Canada/US managers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving intake meetings, defining recruitment strategies, and facilitating interview processes.
- Ensuring standardization and consistency of recruitment processes using Avature ATS and other applicant tracking systems.
- Providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with timely, transparent communication and support throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilizing talent acquisition systems and tools to manage and track candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain data accuracy in real time.
- Leveraging data analytics and metrics to drive decisions, continuously improving recruitment outcomes and processes.
- Driving a competitive offer process to secure top talent in both technical and non-technical domains.
