As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for active sales of service packages and accessories, customer-friendly advice with high technical expertise, and shaping customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

- Active sales of service packages and accessories

- Customer-friendly advice with high technical expertise

- Shaping customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Steering and monitoring optimal repair workflows and team utilization

- Agreeing and arranging necessary repair measures and payment methods with customers

Requirements include:

- Completed technical or commercial training

- Desired: certified Service Advisor

- Fundamental technical knowledge

- Team skills, self-initiative, and independence

- High engagement and willingness to further develop

- Communication skills, customer orientation, and flexibility

- Valid driving license class B

- Experience as a Service Advisor
