## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Concierge Coordinator to manage patient travel logistics and reimbursement processing for clinical trial projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand study requirements and implement patient support services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing travel logistics and reimbursement processing for patients participating in clinical trials

- Collaborating with project managers and internal teams to understand study requirements

- Setting up new projects, including mailbox creation and portal access

- Reviewing and validating patient enrolment information

- Serving as a primary point of contact for patient requests

- Coordinating travel bookings and verifying patient reimbursement requests

- Communicating with patients and caregivers to confirm logistics and resolve queries

- Liaising with clinical sites to provide guidance and resolve issues

- Ensuring timely processing of patient payments and maintaining accurate documentation

- Contributing to ongoing service improvements and supporting internal initiatives
