## Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

As an Operations Manager, you will be a leader and master of your department, responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, a team of up to 150 FTE, and client relationships.

Your main objectives will be to:

- Manage the day-to-day business operations of your team

- Report to the Sr. Operations Manager

- Manage TaskUs client relationships and be the point of contact on a day-to-day basis

- Provide updates to clients regarding performance and present in business reviews

- Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

- Ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- B2 English level or higher

- Two plus years of experience managing supervisors in a call center environment

- One plus year of client management experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or management is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
