## Description

We are seeking a Senior Officer Registrar & Transfer Agency to join our team in Luxembourg. As a tech company, we use our own software, and you will work closely with the Head of Registrar & Transfer Agency to solve problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse and perform investor account opening and periodic AML-KYC review to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.

- Actively participate in improving AML-KYC processes.

- Review and clear daily screening hits.

- Manage capital calls, distributions, payments, and investor inquiries.

- Maintain comprehensive investor registers.

- Support regulatory filings and contribute to ad hoc projects.

- Stay up to date with local laws and regulations.

- Escalate matters to the Head of TA when necessary.

The Team You'll Work With:

- Partner with the Head of TA in Luxembourg and UK/EU TA/Compliance Team.

- Drive operational efficiencies and get processes productised with the R&D team.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients/investors and stakeholders.

About You:

- Minimum 3 years of Client Services experience in a Transfer Agent environment with a strong understanding of the Alternative market.

- Strong technical expertise in AML-KYC.

- Effective control and supervision work experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Customer Service experience.

- English spoken and written; any other language is a plus.

- Team player.
