## Description

As a Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by creating a world-class safety culture, determining staffing and prioritization, and having a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Creating a world-class safety culture utilizing the Enterprise Excellence Principles

- Determining staffing and prioritization to ensure service to customers

- Implementing the LEAN execution model and supporting organizational transition

- Having a continuous improvement mindset with a heavy focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations

- Engaging your team to align to the strategic plan

- Available to respond to operational issues seven days/week, twenty-four hours/day

Requirements:

- Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma or higher from an accredited institution

- Three years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment

- Five years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

- Experience in manufacturing facilities/operations, project management success demonstrated through teamwork

- Black Belt or Lean Certification

- Skills include leadership, understanding and driving culture change and impact on results

- Demonstrated track record of delivering results

- Strong interpersonal skills
