The Sr. Manager, Field Engineering will lead the Field Engineering team to drive the adoption and success of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform.

The impact you will have:

- Drive the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Analyse customer needs and develop solutions to drive adoption and retention

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Develop and manage budgets to achieve business goals
