## Description

We are seeking a Global HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team. As an interface between HR and IT, you will develop processes and solutions using advanced technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility

- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS-related questions and coordinate incident resolution with the IT department

- Manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with Red Bull methodologies and standards

- Maintain clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes and provide on-demand training for HRIS and HR colleagues

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR, or a related field

- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

- Knowledge of and professional experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system

- Experience in project management and application maintenance

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
