## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends **Hours:** Sunday 12:00 - 16:00, Monday 19:00 - 23:00, Tuesday 19:00 - 23:00, Wednesday 19:00 - 23:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail environment

**Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, applicants must be 18 years or older

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn and use new technology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
