## Description

We are seeking a Banking Officer to manage direct client relationships at our Colico branch.

The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and focus on developing and managing assigned client relationships, identifying client needs, and proposing suitable products from the DB Easy portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and manage assigned client relationships within the branch

- Collect and respond to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction

- Identify client needs and propose relevant products from the DB Easy portfolio

- Ensure achievement of growth and profitability targets in the 'Family' segment

- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed

- Promote cross-selling of non-consumer products

**Requirements:**

- Experience in commercial roles within consumer finance

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Attention to customer needs

- Team-oriented mindset

- Experience with AI tools to improve operational efficiency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Degree in economics or law

- English language skills considered an asset
