As a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead the team responsible for some of Brex's most complex and high-stakes hiring , AI/ML, Specialized Tech, and Engineering Leadership. You will own the end-to-end health of your function's pipeline: setting team goals, driving conversion, and surfacing risks before they become blockers.

You will partner directly with Engineering leadership to translate business priorities into sourcing and assessment strategies, and you will bring rigor to how we evaluate candidates in specialized and senior technical roles. As much as this role is about hitting numbers, it's about developing people , coaching your recruiters to raise their craft, give sharper feedback, and build stronger relationships with the leaders they support.
