## Description

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the AMER Sales Strategy team. The successful candidate will partner with the sales leadership team as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles. They will have experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling, and be able to translate complex information into easily consumable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Orchestrating the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle

- Defining key performance metrics and targets, building reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business

- Performing ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools

- Driving forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units

- Creating executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews

The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $247,900 annually.
