## Description

We are seeking a Contract & Demand Manager to join Vattenfall Power Solutions, a business unit with approximately 700 employees. As a Contract & Demand Manager, you will help our operations access the right external expertise at the right time. You will work closely with ordering operations, framework agreement suppliers, Sourcing Managers, purchasing functions, and colleagues who work with onboarding and offboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying, analyzing, and quality-assuring the organization's needs for technical consultants

- Conducting inquiries, calls, and orders according to applicable framework agreements

- Developing and managing supplier relationships and following up on deliveries and delivery quality

- Handling dialogues on prices, terms, and consultant levels

- Collaborating with operations, purchasing functions, and other relevant stakeholders

- Contributing to the development of processes, working methods, and system support in the sourcing area

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or consulting supply or a related field

- Post-secondary education with a technical or purchasing-related focus, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in independently coordinating issues together with several stakeholders

- Experience in supplier dialogue and business assessments

- Ability to translate operational needs into concrete solutions and orders

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

- The energy sector or other technical industries

- Operational purchasing

- T&M, ABK09, or other industry agreements

- Consulting suppliers, framework agreements, or purchasing-related work

- Change management and process development

- SAP, Fieldglass, or similar business systems
