## Description

The Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) team at BlackRock is seeking an Analyst to join their Models Infrastructure team.

The Analyst will contribute to technology-enabled solutions that support the Models platform, working closely with partners across Investment, Infrastructure, and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading strategic initiatives to strengthen and evolve the investment operating platform within MASS

- Administering monitoring protocols to assess infrastructure resilience

- Representing MASS in cross-functional teams

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements to improve processes and systems

- Triaging and resolving production issues

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Computer Science degree or equivalent experience

- Experience in asset management or financial services

- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong interest in learning and leveraging Aladdin

Technical requirements include:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience with Python and React

- Strong hands-on development experience in Python, Streamlit, and Flask

- Familiarity with React and API design

- Working knowledge of AI tools and machine learning concepts
