## Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Multimatic. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with all technical, customer, and manufacturing specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring designs, inspection devices, and other materials are up to date and compliant with customer requirements

- Providing regular updates on program status and informing the Manager of program-critical issues

- Providing technical support for product launches

- Researching, analyzing, and presenting cost-saving proposals

- Conducting engineering and manufacturing feasibility studies

- Establishing program timelines and ensuring schedules are met

- Analyzing and assisting in the development of manufacturing tools and processes to improve costs and increase inventory turnover

- Tracking and analyzing program costs and ensuring they remain within budget

- Preparing budgets for new projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

- 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
