## Description

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join our team at the Novotel Paris Charenton Le Pont, a modern and welcoming hotel located just outside of Paris.

As a Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the kitchen and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and setting up for breakfast service

- Greeting and serving customers during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas

- Taking orders and providing a high level of customer service

- Processing payments and participating in opening and closing procedures

- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting

- Dynamic, reliable, and organised with excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of Bizzon software is an asset

- Proficiency in English is desirable
