## Description

MongoDB is rapidly expanding its Strategic Account Marketing efforts to drive significant business growth with its highest-value Global accounts.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing 1:1 and 1:few Strategic Account Marketing plans to accelerate growth in our most important accounts that have a large developer and technical team presence in India.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for select Global accounts with developer arms in India.

- Bring marketing expertise as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like field marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and developer advocacy teams.

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

- Measure impact and optimize performance metrics and ROI.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- 7+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing, or sales experience in the Tech area.

- Experience working with large and complex Global enterprise accounts.

- Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing.

- Incredible written and oral communication skills.

- Impeccable event and project management skills.

- Results-oriented and analytically skilled.

- AI-savvy with a strong desire to understand and learn how AI tools and processes can be used in daily work.

**Success Measures:**

- In 3 months, foster a relationship with Sales Account teams to understand their account priorities.

- In 6 months, execute marketing activities with pipeline influence.

- In 12 months, cement yourself as a key account partner.
