## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure the delivery of digital initiatives according to scope, time, and cost.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and support a team including business, IT, and vendors to adopt agile ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support business case preparation for new company initiatives

- Develop and maintain integrated plans for the portfolio

- Establish and manage delivery cadences

- Drive day-to-day project delivery activities

- Facilitate governance forums and working sessions

- Maintain clear documentation of project plans

- Coordinate with technology delivery teams

- Own and maintain RAID logs

- Support budget tracking and forecasting

- Coordinate with procurement and vendors/partners

- Prepare regular status reports and executive-ready Planview dashboards

- Ensure timely and clear communication across stakeholders

- Support change management and adoption activities

- Promote consistent ways of working across Digital initiatives

- Establish and maintain standard portfolio artifacts

- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes

**Requirements:**

- University degree from a recognized institution

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in Project Management

- Solid hands-on knowledge and experience in project management methodologies

- Strong knowledge in end-to-end insurance operation journey will be a plus

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen

- Experience in managing AI projects is an advantage

- Experience working with executive teams and C-suites

- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese

- Experience in change management and organizational transformation

- Good practice of Agile methodologies and principles
