## Description

We are seeking a Business & Shopper Insights Specialist to join our Category & Trade marketing team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming market and shopper data into actionable recommendations to drive sales growth for Red Bull in France, with a particular focus on off-premise channels such as GMS, proximity stores, service stations, e-commerce, and specialised retailers.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with various teams across France and internationally, including Category Management, Sales, Operations, Revenue Growth Management, and Marketing. Your primary objective will be to develop a culture of insights that is useful, accessible, and action-oriented.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyse market data to understand the energy drinks market and consumer behaviour in France

- Transform insights into actionable recommendations to drive sales growth

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate insights and drive business outcomes

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, insights, or category management, ideally in retail or FMCG

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake

- Fluency in French and English
