## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and influential brand ambassador programme in the world. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and product on campus and in the region. Your goal will be to reach new consumers, stimulate interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

Your tasks will include direct contact with customers and clients, creating opportunities for people to try the product, and ensuring customers have unforgettable experiences with the brand during Red Bull events. You will be flexible and prefer a job that involves working beyond the traditional office hours from 9:00 to 17:00. You enjoy working in a creative atmosphere.

Key areas where you will showcase your strengths:

Be an ambassador for the brand and product Develop a strong user base by creating positive opportunities for people to try the product, building brand awareness, and sampling the product in the right place and time, combined with competent responses to customer questions Create and implement an innovative, tailor-made plan for the university campus that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus Build a strong network of contacts, establish, and maintain relationships with key people in the area Maintain brand engagement on social media through authentic content Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure customers have unforgettable experiences with the brand

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills Charismatic, energetic, positive, and sociable personality Unique approachability, sociability, and ability to find common ground with different people in various situations Commitment to student life combined with a thorough knowledge of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and popular spots Ability to combine a creative approach, entrepreneurial attitude, sense of responsibility, and initiative Ability to work part-time while studying, ideally also willing to work evenings and weekends Good relationships with groups and people active on campus Desire to acquire and apply a range of new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales Passion for the Red Bull brand and its products Currently enrolled university student Fluent English language skills
