## Description

At Wasatch Property Management, Maintenance Team Leads oversee the maintenance team and provide technical expertise to ensure resident satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members

- Schedule and complete turns

- Complete occupied apartment service requests in under 3 hours

- Manage the inventory of 'ready' apartments to support marketing and leasing efforts

- Inspect ready apartments for move-in quality

- Spearhead maintenance initiatives

- Embody the Wasatch brand and provide an owner's mindset

- Provide team members with necessary resources and support to thrive

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience

- EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus

- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating work

- Analytical problem solver

- Ability to operate hand and power tools

- Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask

- Superior customer service skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Pay Range:** $26.00 - $30.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.
